Best suited for National and State Operations Managers, Field Personnel, Trainers, Master Franchisees and Multi-Site Franchisees.

The notion of 'building business together' underpins successful franchising and field service personnel are at the centre of this process. Field Services – Day Three

Building Business Together

Best suited for National and State Operations Managers, Field Personnel, Trainers, Master Franchisees and Multi-Site Franchisees.

This program addresses two key issues facing the field services role - multi-site Franchisees and issues relating to call cycles and site visits.

Key Content Areas:
1.  Multi-Site Franchising: organisational structure and skills required for effective multi-site management and best practice standards for selecting, training and supporting multi-site Franchisees.
2.  Site Visit Issues: best practice standards of setting up field service call cycle standards and activities and supplementary services i.e. other things field services can do to engage and support Franchisees.

Field Services Master Class

The Next Level in Franchisee Support

This one-day program is designed for field service personnel looking for more advanced tools and information on how to effectively manage the relationship between Franchisees and the Franchisor. This program will require participants to present a current situation for peer feedback and recommendations, as well as address three case studies for peer assessment.

This program is only open to 'alumni' - past participants of Franchise Careers' Field Service Program.

Participants will be required to complete pre-work prior to attending the workshop. A pre-work package will be issued on registration.

Key Content Areas:
1. Field Service  Territory planning; planning to meet Franchisor requirements and Franchisee expectations.
2.  Generational, Cultural and Gender Issues: the six fundamental patterns of cultural differences.
3.  Case Study Presentation: participants to present solutions to three case studies for peer assessment.
4.  Networking Event.

Franchisee Recruitment Essentials

A Framework for Franchisee Selection – from Advertising to Agreement

This one-day program is designed for personnel involved in attracting, screening and selecting Franchisees. The program focuses on the essentials, including obligations, establishing and refining selection processes and strategies for addressing concerns and Franchisee frequently asked questions.

This program will also include an open forum with a lawyer working in the franchise sector and a guest speaker with extensive experience in recruiting and selecting Franchisees.

Key Content Areas:
1.  Your Franchise Concept: know thy concept and know thy Franchisee!
2.  Legal and Regulatory Context: open forum with lawyer from the franchise sector.
