As the Managing Director of Franchise Careers, Dean's primary role is Business Development and Maintaining Client Relationships, Executive Recruitment, Training Facilitation, Workshop and Conference presenting along with general Franchise Consulting. Dean has assisted many franchise systems over the past 7 years and is extremely passionate about professional development within the sector be it Franchisor or Franchisee learning. Dean has been a long serving Victorian State Chapter committee member of the FCA and is currently the Vice President of the Victorian Chapter.

Paul

Paul Cabelli

Paul is a retailer first and foremost. Since his early teens as a shop assistant, he has worked in retail and franchise businesses across numerous industries. His career path took him from Store Management to Regional Management, and to various National Operations Management roles with name Australian franchisors. This culminated in his building of a complete franchise network, from scratch up to 121 stores for the Professional Golfer's Association of Australia.

With Franchise Careers, Paul is now applying his extensive experience in all facets of franchise network development and operations to recruitment - matching the management needs of franchisors with the management capabilities and aspirations of franchising executives.

Kim's professional career includes roles in human resources management, training and development, business strategy, customer service and staff incentives within retail, hospitality and corporate environments.

Recent projects include redevelopment of franchise induction programs and the creation of training materials in line with national competency standards.

Sandra Cother has been employed in franchising and small business for over 10 years in a range of training and development functions including recruitment, employment and training, later specialising in the design and development of training resources and strategies.

Facilitation experience includes:
>  Group Facilitation
>  One on one coaching on-the-job and off-the-job
>  Mentoring workplace trainers

Since 2004 Sandra she has been working for Franchise Careers as a consultant writing and delivering training programs in a range of business operations. Including training franchise corporate staff and inducting new franchisees into their businesses.

Prior, Sandra worked at Bakers Delight for 5 years as a Training and Development Coordinator and has a comprehensive understanding of the franchising industry, both from the Franchisor and Franchisee perspective. She has a Bachelor of Science, Diploma of Education, Diploma of Business and Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment

Jessie Caudry
Service Manager

Jessie has been part of the FC family since 2004 and has been an integral part of the day to day Operations of the Company utilising her excellent administrative skills along with her keen eye for detail.
